Dr. Lifka is a licensed chiropractic physician as well as a licensed acupuncturist and has been practicing in Aurora for over 25 years.  He started his practice with the goal of providing excellent and affordable healthcare to his patients.  He spends much time getting to know each one of his patients so that he can provide individualized holistic options to improve their overall health.  

Dr. Lifka runs a small family-owned business with the help of his wife, Sue.  Together they are raising five children here in Aurora.  Dr. Lifka treats mainly muscular skeletal issues and also focuses on general nutrition to promote overall good health.  He uses chiropractic manipulation, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, manual therapy, acupuncture, and light therapy to promote fast and effective relief of many common health problems including back pain, neck pain, headaches, sinus problems, and joint pain.

Our office sells a variety of nutritional supplements to our pateints to assist in their overall health and wellness.  Common supplements that we offer include probiotics, Omega 3, multivitamins, natural muscle relaxants, natural healing enzymes, and magnesium supplements.  We are also a licensed distributor of Biofreeze, which is a soothing gel providing pain relief.  We also offer custom-molded foot orthotics to our patients.  Foot orthotics can help alleviate and/or prevent back, knee, or joint pain by providing better support for the feet.
